What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I personally enjoy the moment when the student can understand a topic and achieve satisfactory marks on assignments, especially if they have difficulties in that particular topic. Also, seeing the student being proud of themselves is the greatest joy that I can get as a tutor.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Since I have a younger sibling as well, I am used to tutoring/teaching him from primary grade until recently where he sits in secondary grade. This experience has made me patient and understanding on how younger students approach knowledge. Additionally, as studying may not be appealing to many students, I have developed unorthodox strategies to approach learning such as interactive activities, games or case studies that relate to the students, to make the process more enjoyable and focussed (of course, the activities will still relate to what they are studying!).

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I personally think that tutoring is a noble job as tutors play a role in shaping the character of students and help the students to find their strengths. The tutor and student can also build a healthy relationship and connect with each other which may help the student build a positive perspective towards studying. The most important part of tutoring is that we can help the students to achieve satisfactory grades and I am happy when the students can be satisfied with their achievements.
