What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy the most about tutoring/teaching is observing children's progress and watching them gain confidence as a result. This is the most rewarding aspect of teaching. I am passionate about helping children overcome obstacles and encouraging a growth mindset within them, so they feel empowered by their own learning.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my greatest strengths as a tutor is my communication skills. They help me to form trusting, positive relationships with my tutees. I feel like this is crucial for children to enjoy the process of learning and to feel safe to take risks and make mistakes. Also my creativity, I enjoy finding fun and engaging ways to inspire children and foster a love of learning.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to act as a facilitator, to give them the tools to help them realise their full potential. Each child has the ability to thrive and succeed, to help them discover and be motivated by this is the most important thing a tutor can do for their student.
