What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like seeing students finally get what they are meant to know and understand, and are able to apply it easily to their specific questions. I also enjoy knowing that students like learning the subject not because they need to but because they felt like it.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I get along well with students, and also teaching basic mathematics. I can communicate well and I have good organisation skills. For example, asking closed or open questioning, giving feedback, clarifying and summarising ideas etc.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Get them to appreciate that learning is not just regurgitating information, but also applying it to the real world. It’s also important for students to know that even if they have a bad grade that it isn’t the end of the world, it just means you have to work harder to get where you want to be.
