Being able to bond and create connects with students and team members, as well having the opportunity to make a positive difference in a student's life.

I am able to communicate well with students and try my best to ensure their understanding. Different students have different needs and preferences and I am able to work with them to find out whats best.

The most important thing a tutor can do is to provide a safe and encouraging environment which enable a student to thrive in as well as being able to efficiently teach and provide the students with all their needs.
