What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Although many say you only experience being a student once, especially after graduating. However, through tutoring, I get the opportunity to become a student again and continue my learning which is what I enjoy. Tutoring allows me to create a supportive learning environment for my students and ensuring their learning and understanding is also another aspect I enjoy.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, my biggest strength is listening to my students and catering for their needs in every way possible as their individual voices also matter. Allowing my students to trust me as their tutor and approach me when they experience challenges is also a strength I see.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A good tutor is someone who is responsible for guiding students through their transition into further high school years by advising them on specific learning areas such as science and considering their interests and social experience. Providing them with an opportunity to meet peers and build networks, is highly beneficial for a tutor as they develop patience, understanding, & flexibility with their students. This would further enable the tutor to foster critical leadership skills like communication & collaboration with people from different backgrounds, benefiting my future education.
