Ability to relate. I will not be "above" them, like at a formal school. I will be on their level, so I can explain things to them without them feeling any fear of asking questions.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor MUST be able to explain concepts to students in very different ways that allow them to understand a difficult topic. Sometimes teachers at school cannot personally cater to students, so tutors should strive to explain things in a very eloquent, logical manner so that the student can follow.
