to be able to impart knowledge to students through guidance and explicit teaching and to see them getting successful through perseverance and hard work.

explicit instruction, scaffolded teaching method, belief in a rigid instructional model along with the flexibility to modify the content to teach in different ways.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

support them when the are making mistakes that is the point of need, that's the moment we can catch and act straightway to make more sense to students. to be able to help them and encourage them to achieve their goals through guidance and structured lessons.
