What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy various aspects of tutoring but the thing which motivates me the most about tutoring is seeing the students make progress and achieve their goals with whom I have shared my knowledge and expertise. When students are actually taking an interest in my class and are asking questions and making mistakes, it gives me a sense of joy that they are eager to learn and gain knowledge. Tutoring also helps me in building relationships and connections with the students

According to me, the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is understanding the student's learning style and then modifying the teaching technique according to meet the student's need. It is very important to create a positive and supportive learning environment that should encourage the student to ask questions and make mistakes.
