What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I am very passionate and dedicated to supporting children with their educational needs. The part I enjoy most is that rewarding moment when they learn something new and realise they can do it themselves!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a very patient tutor and am very mindful that different children learn with different styles and techniques and I like to teach in a way that suits each individual child best. I am also a very positive person which keeps my students motivated to keep trying when they don't get it the first time round!

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is give the student more confidence in themselves and their learning. There is only so much you can teach someone if they give up on themselves, so the most important thing is ensuring that confidence. I also believe that it's important to have good communication so that the student feels that they can ask you for help when they need it and not feel discouraged when they don't understand. Listening to the student is very important to understand what parts they are struggling with, and how to best engage with them their unique styles of learning.
