Learning science is full of twists and turns. It's about making embarrassing mistakes, overcoming setbacks and chasing those exhilarating aha moments. If they want to achieve great results students need to put in the time, but they also need to learn at a quicker pace - a learning pace that might not be completely comfortable to them. Some students get to the finish line quicker and some students struggle along the way.

This is exactly when they can benefit from guided learning the most.
We work with great physics tutors in Vale View who can support your child's academic progress. There's always a test or quiz around the corner and with a great tutor guiding them, students tend to feel less overwhelmed.
Tutors are also great role models. It's all about the connection they make with the student. We've found that when a tutor and a child click - that's when learning happens.
That is exactly what we look for in a tutor, someone attuned to the specific needs of your child.
All we need is to have a quick chat with you. We organise a tutor to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
You pay a simple hourly rate. And if it happens that you are not completely happy with the tutor, we consider the first lesson a risk-free trial. Then we keep looking for a better match.
Sounds good so far? We can start looking for a local physics tutor in Vale View right away!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
I have been giving Finn past HSC questions related to the areas we have been covering together but I have noticed that Finn sometimes gives up on a problem when he thinks that it is something he hasn't covered in class/doesn't know yet. He should be encouraged to persevere as often these are involving material from past years that he has forgotten.
Alicia has gained in confidence in her maths work. Her writing has visibly improved from last year. She seems to figure out most basic and intermediate problems on her own but struggles with advanced problems. She seems to be doing all of her school homework which is great to see.
She still fidgets and gets distracted, however she makes up for it by actually solving the problem. I think the main area that needs work on is her ability to keep her concentration for longer durations of work.
Sorry, we cannot service your area with an in-home tutor at the moment. Have you considered online tutoring?
