This month, Charlize's ability to transfer the addition and subtraction skills we have been working on has grown considerably - she is now able to tackle problems with 3-digit numbers and find the correct answers. Her confidence in all strategies of addition and subtraction have improved significantly, and as such she is able to combine and apply them to a vast range of problems.
Tanmay has shown a great attitude towards learning and improving, even for a subject he does not really enjoy. He has a great work ethic and is always doing the tasks set out by both me and his school, from what I've gathered these past few lessons.
With Ariel, there are many basics we are looking to fill in. Some include fractions, basic understanding of equations and algebra and basic measurement. however we are working through gaps as they appear. I am not expecting a quick turn around. However she does have a natural ability and can see patterns, make connections and apply logic to similar concepts which is very hard to teach and once she fills in the basics will allow her to keep up with ongoing work.
I am pleased to say that things are going very well with Tina so far. Tina is organised, confident and already has a good grasp of Olivia's issues and Olivia really likes having her come each week. I look forward to her continued progress.
We are very happy with Alana. Savannah feels very comfortable with her & enjoyed the session. I am sure we will get positive results.
Anna is thoroughly enjoying Stef tutoring. She likes her. Thank you for sending such a beautiful girl to us.
