And it's not only about the grades. Sure, students who struggle with chemistry want to pass that test and get their grades up. It's usually their only end goal and that's completely understandable. However, we've found that once students start catching up and chemistry doesn't seem like such an enormous hurdle, their self-confidence improves as well.
When they have someone to guide them, make sense of the clutter of information and demands, students tend to struggle less in other areas as well. Your child could feel less anxious about tests and their performance, learn how to tackle tough situations and become more independent, all with the help of a local Auldana chemistry tutor.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Rav is slowly realising his mistakes as I read through the question and the describe the correct method to use when solving problems. Sometimes he conducts his own method of working out a problem which might not work; but then Rav applies the universal technique that works for all such questions in order to work out the answer. Has some difficulty with hard problem-solving questions and real world application questions. Most numeric-related questions are quite easy for Rav to solve.
Very positive and enthusiastic attitude. Improved in putting pen to paper but still needs to do more work in this area. Shaun needs to show working! Even if he finds the question easy he needs to show the marker/teacher what methods he has used. Also needs to remember to put his units for measurement and volume questions.
NIL. I see a significant improvement in her understanding of mathematical concepts. No major problem areas but requires more practice with Surface area & Volume questions as this hasn't been covered in depth in school.
I loved working as a tutor with Ezy Math. The office contacted me regularly with prospective students and rewarded me with great pay. It was great to see how a student's approach to knowledge changes when others invest in them. Being a tutor was great preparation for office work, as it helped me learn several forms of effective communication, relevant for different types of people.
We're very happy with Shaun, he's a lovely young man and has surely helped Fergus with his learning.
Everything has been going well - Isabella is very happy with her tutor and scheduling tutorials and communication with him has been no problem at all. We would highly recommend him to other students.
