We work with great biology tutors in Bahrs Scrub and over the years we've realized most students have a good idea of what they need to do in order to prepare for a test, they just tend to take shortcuts where they really shouldn't.
All it takes is a bit of a push to truly get everything out of exam prep. Students usually need quick tips here and there and someone to keep them focused until they develop good learning habits. By providing the right input at the right time tutors can help students keep up with the demands and get the grades they want.
If you are looking for a local biology tutor, the tutors we work with are available within a day or two. All we need to get things started is to have a chat with you so we can figure out what kind of support your child needs.
On top of that, we keep things simple and convenient. That means
there are no extra fees or hidden charges, just a simple hourly rate.
Last but not least, to make sure you really like the tutor - the first lesson comes as a free trial and with a money-back guarantee.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Having seen Eleanor getting stressed about missing work, I had an opportunity to look at her stress management. She seemed to get emotionally overwhelmed quickly, which is understandable. Next year I aim to adjust my tutoring style more dramatically in these times, as our regular fast-paced, somewhat exciting style just adds more stress. We will l work on stress management with Eleanor and I'll try and give her some techniques that she can implement by herself.
Her work ethic and attitude during and between tutoring is excellent. She does all of the homework that I ask of her and asks questions about anything she didn't understand. If this keeps up, she will be an excellent maths student.
Did not strive to excel, minimal efforts in learning. Leave things to last minute and then depends on luck. He was given exam corrections as homework for tutoring but did not finish, rather rely on the tutor to give him directions and suggestions without attempting to solve the problems first. When I asked him to make an efforts to try, he could do it but normally did not want to.
Thank you. So far so good. Sarah is very approachable and friendly, quick to respond to emails etc. and has a great collaborative style. Jake, who was skeptical of tutoring at first, has found the sessions very useful.
We are delighted with Charlie as Gabrielle's tutor. He has been prompt, polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Within 2 sessions I could see her confidence in attacking problem solving questions had improved and approach to Maths in general.
Tammy is great. She has a friendly manner and she is enthusiastic at every session. Lucy seems to like her and she has some great methods for teaching. She engages Lucy and makes the sessions fun and interesting bringing things along to help Lucy understand what she is trying to teach her. She is concentrating on what Lucy's weaknesses are while thinking ahead for Lucy for year 7. From my observations of the sessions I think she will help Lucy enormously. I am very happy with Tammy to date and hope that she is happy to continue on with Lucy
