That's where we come in!
We've found that students who are struggling need someone who will support their progress and make it easier to get the grades. They also need to be motivated and taught how to overcome issues, how to learn from each failure. Tutors we work with know that.
So, this is how it works.
We find local tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Bateman, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate.
You don't like the tutor? No worries, it happens from time to time and we understand that! That's why the first lesson comes as a free trial.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Really caught on to talking aloud, back checking, and knowing it was ok to be wrong. Strong note taking and seeking understanding, but could be a little more confident in some answers. This made her good at making corrections.
Bianca is quite relaxed about her work, but will need to spend more time on it as it becomes more difficult. I'd like to see Bianca want to excel with mathematics, and not just be comfortable with the marks she is currently achieving because she has the capability to excel. At the moment, Bianca shows she is very laid back with her work, but I'd like to see her have the desire to want to do better.
There are less gaps in Riley's arithmetic than the previous month, but still needs to work hard on multiplication and division to make improvements. He does know how to solve the equations, he just needs to take the time to remember how to solve it. As mentioned, lazy thinking is still a big issue. Most of the time, Riley does know how to solve a problem, but on many occasions, he will just try and guess an answer, even when we have just written down the formula and worked on a similar problem.
I believe my biggest accomplishment has been to raise the grades of my students from the average levels to the above-average, since it reflects the fact that all students have the potential for great talent with hard work and practice. I came to work with Ezy Math Tutoring to pass on the positive experience that comes from having a good tutor in a challenging subject. From my experience, I re-learned how to teach others ideas, concepts and facts through various established and self-made techniques, which I can apply to my own studies with my fellows and peers. I also got into the discipline of keeping reports, records and other documentation, an important skill for any career. Having uni students as tutors allows for a more recent and up-to-date understanding of school-level subjects, as well as a greater understanding of the challenges involved and strategies to beat them. I would recommend Ezy Math Tutoring to uni students who want to keep their maths skills sharp, enhance some valuable skills, and earn some pocket money as well.
Our son lacked confidence when tackling maths subject matter and in doing the associated homework. We contacted Ezymath Tutoring, who quickly found us a tutor who worked well with our son. As the sessions continued, our son gained knowledge and confidence in the subject matter, improved his study technique as well and ultimately got a satisfactory result in his year 12 exam. We would recommend Ezymath Tutoring to any parent looking for assistance in their child's maths education. The tutoring is backed up with helpful hints and reference material as an added bonus.
Charlie's tutor, Alex, was remarkable with Charlie and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is doing a lot better in numeracy.
