Learning science is full of twists and turns. It's about making embarrassing mistakes, overcoming setbacks and chasing those exhilarating aha moments. If they want to achieve great results students need to put in the time, but they also need to learn at a quicker pace - a learning pace that might not be completely comfortable to them. Some students get to the finish line quicker and some students struggle along the way.

This is exactly when they can benefit from guided learning the most.
We work with great physics tutors in Ardross who can support your child's academic progress. There's always a test or quiz around the corner and with a great tutor guiding them, students tend to feel less overwhelmed.
Tutors are also great role models. It's all about the connection they make with the student. We've found that when a tutor and a child click - that's when learning happens.
That is exactly what we look for in a tutor, someone attuned to the specific needs of your child.
All we need is to have a quick chat with you. We organise a tutor to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
You pay a simple hourly rate. And if it happens that you are not completely happy with the tutor, we consider the first lesson a free trial. Then we keep looking for a better match.
Sounds good so far? We can start looking for a local physics tutor in Ardross right away!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Excellent talking aloud, pen to paper, note taking, seeking understanding, avoiding rule dependence, avoid lazy thinking and format skills. Still needs work on back checking, knowing its ok to be wrong, having confidence in answers and making good corrections.
She is a fast learner who is quick to pick up on new topics. She has a tendency to give up if she doesn't know how to do the question but is still willing to try to understand it with help. She does well but should have more confidence in her ability. She works hard and does all of her homework as far as I am aware.
This semester our lessons have been slightly ahead of the topics covered in class. This allows Ethan to reaffirm knowledge we have covered in class, thus filling the gaps in his knowledge. Overall Ethan has some issue linking the relevancy of current topics back. To complete problems which cover multiple learning objectives he must often be shown an example first.
Daman was tutoring me in math to help me pass an army test and i ended up passing my test last week. He has helped me improve in math which I've been struggling with when growing up and as I will now be teaching myself improve more and more in math using his method as I believe it really helped me. I wouldn't have passed the test without him so hats off to this bloke.
Jason has been to our home 3 times now and we could not be more pleased. He is a very polite respectful young guy. More importantly Matthew really likes him and says is he is really helping him. Jason said today that he could see improvement. More than happy to continue.
Adrianna has only had the 1 lesson with Lidia. She was fabulous. Adrianna was keen to see her again. We did see improvement just after the first visit.
