Does your child need help with physics?
Maybe they need an extra push to reach that grade or they want to go from keeping up to excelling at science. Whatever the reason, we can match you with the right local Beaconsfield physics tutors who understand your child's needs and knows how to get them where they want to be.
Most students start out interested in physics and perform fairly well on tests. But once the concepts become more and more complex most parents notice a change. It's when students start believing they don't "have what it takes" and their self-confidence starts to plummet.
Parents usually try to intervene, remind their child that geniuses are not born, that they work hard and face obstacles like anyone else, and for some students, that's enough. Others, however, need more support.
That's where we step in!
We find tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Beaconsfield, at your home or any other place that works for you. We work around your schedule.
When it comes to payment we like to keep it simple. You pay a simple hourly rate, no extra or hidden fees.
And what if, for whatever reason, the perfect match doesn't happen on the first try? That's completely fine, it happens!
In case you are not completely happy with the first lesson, it comes as a free trial. We simply keep looking for another tutor, someone better suited to help your child.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Byron's knowledge about the various learning strategies have not been properly applied to his working habits. The Talking aloud, ok to be wrong, confidence, good corrections are all skills he needs to apply more. His back checking along with his note taking and avoiding lazy thinking has been applied but at an alarming slow rate. What needs to be done is more practice with these learning strategies so that his learning ability is enhanced.
Harry is mostly attentive during class, though occasionally he gets distracted by his surroundings. Harry is willing to learn during the lesson, and ask questions to clarify things he does not understand. Harry tends to not revisit his tests once he gets the mark back and knows where and how he got wrong. The problem is without further practicing, he forgets how to do those questions that he got wrong in the test.
In Amber there are some knowledge gaps, but largely I feel it is a lack of process in answering questions which leads her to forget steps. She also needs to gain confidence and start believing she can do it, as this also affects her performance. I think it is a process and confidence issue. There are little aspects which she needs to work on, but there doesn't appear to be any major gaps in terms of the areas of mathematics itself.
We are very happy with Terence , James seems to be making good progress at getting the basics of his 3 unit course. Terence is very calm, methodical and can simplify maths steps/working and James is responding very well to Terence's teaching style! Terence so far is very knowledgeable on the maths topics James is covering in class. Terence has also been very flexible & accommodating with postponing/adding lessons as required which we are very appreciative. We have been very pleased with our experience with tutoring so far!
Cohen has been very good and encouraging. I feel that Olivia is starting to feel more confident with her maths. Thanks.
Everything is going well with Warit. Evan is happy with him so far. I trust that will continue. He's comfortable to ask if he doesn't understand something. Warit has given Evan some good maths tips with his times tables that Evan has understood.
