Chemistry is just one of those subjects, it either clicks or it doesn't. Many students find maths and physics easy, but when it comes to chemistry they just feel lost.
And it's understandable. It can be challenging to connect the concepts to real-life, see how it all relates to their day-to-day. When they're struggling, students tend to give up easily and at some point, they stop trying altogether.
If your child doesn't catch on right away, or maybe they consider chemistry a complete waste of time, it can be hard to convince them otherwise. What we've found is that students react better when it comes from someone who they can relate to.
They react to mentors, someone closer to their age, who shares the same experience. That's why tutors are in a unique position to help a student grow.
That's why great tutoring can make such a big difference.
Want to find out how? We can allocate a local Bentley Park chemistry tutor within a day or two. They reach out to you and set up a first lesson whenever you and your child can make it.
If you like the tutor's approach you keep working with them. If you are not 100% satisfied - we consider it a trial lesson and find a better match. It's that simple!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Cobain has come along way in this area. The talking a problem though aloud has improved and research into how to find things on the net and self learn. They are all great steps in becoming a great problem solver
Capi is quite enthusiastic about maths and asks a lot of questions, which is great because it means she won't let a topic pass without her understanding it. From what I've seen, she has good work habits and is always up to date with school work.
Largest gap missed seems to be linear relationships, especially 'y mx + c', however she has said she managed to get the basics of it by looking over her notes. This is also reiterated next year and I don't see it being a significant problem if her grasp of this concept is not as solid as it could be.
The experience has been great and the results speak for them self. My son gained confidence as a result of the tutoring and i would gladly recommend you to my friends and family. The tutor was very pleasant to work with and very approachable.
Raymond is fantastic and very professional, he is always punctual and Frank already feels like he really likes the way that Raymond does his maths explanations. Thank you so much, it's going really well.
We undertook tutoring with EzyMaths to assist my son in his Year 12 studies. We have found EzyMaths tutors excellent to deal with, always friendly, efficient and on time, and always willing to fit in with our personal timetable, and I am sure they have made a vast difference to the possible outcome and assisted my son for his future endeavours. I would recommend EzyMaths to anyone in a similar situation. They cater for all needs and I have found them to be of great benefit to my son and us.
