Parents look for local Birchgrove physics tutors for help, but most are usually not sure what kind of support their child needs.
That's where we come in.
Physics is a tricky subject. It's one thing to understand a concept, but problems become impossibly complex pretty quickly. With difficult worded questions, for instance, it's not just about knowing the formulas, it's a whole leap in thinking as well.
Getting regular tutoring is a great way for students to really cement what they've quickly gone over in school. In order to excel at physics, students need to be able to navigate through details, but also analyse ideas in an appropriate way. With someone who's done it before by their side, it definitely feels less overwhelming.
The right tutor makes it easier to connect each individual dot and make the necessary leap to scientific thinking. We can match you with the right physics tutor in Birchgrove within a day or two. All we need is to have a quick chat to figure out what kind of support your child needs.
The first lesson comes as a free trial with a money-back guarantee and we charge a simple hourly rate, no other fees. As simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Henry is improving quickly when it comes to maths. He does not resort to last thinking as much as when we started and this should keep on improving as we go along. His english is also going well. He seems to find it a bit more difficult to naturally grasp concepts of the subject but is still slowly improving in his writing and spelling. We're also working on his vocabulary and grammar at the moment.
Attitude is good at the moment. Expresses a desire to do well in tests. Can aim even higher in my opinion. Sometimes merely does what is required. If Bailey wants to move to the top he will have to put extra work in. No pressure as Bailey is busy and social. Important to practice regularly. Needs to do a bit more study at home to be assured of further significant improvements. Already at a good standard and is capable of applying himself. Needed especially for Year 9 as NAPLAN and heavy algebra kicks in.
Una could still use a fair bit of work in fractions but overall she's not falling behind in anything. Nothing of too much concern right now except for making sure she focuses and gets work done.
Dana was fantastic, so good that I passed my exam and got 98 percent in maths. Thank you.
I would be more than happy to be part of Ezy Math Tutoring again to continue motivating, encouraging and making more students feel that mathematics are easy and fun. I will never forget the day - the day before I left Sydney - when I went to one of my students' house to say good bye. That day, Mattheu let me know that he had been upgraded in his maths class, from 4th to 3rd level. When we started our tutoring sessions, he was on the 6th level of his maths course, and during the first two months, every day I asked him how everything at school had been that day, he replied "it was boring". Over that year that we were having our maths classes, he was being upgraded from 6th, to 5th, then 4th and finally 3rd that day when I went to his place to say good bye. Before I left his place, he said to me "Andres, I want to be a doctor, I want to study a PhD, like you... thank you". That very moment, when you are able to help others, contribute to society, etc, is simply priceless. Being a tutor was a great experience and I am still missing my students.
It was great to be associated as a tutor with EzyMath tutoring. I was granted numerous opportunities to teach high school students in my suburb which allowed me to pursue my love for teaching as well as Maths as a subject. The periodic training modules and feedback forms meant that I was also developing my teaching skills and providing valuable feedback which was thoroughly followed up to make the experience better for all the tutors. I will always encourage my friends to go for the company when and if they were looking to start work as a tutor or to anyone who may be looking to get tutored. Thanks for having me.
