Students are constantly catching up while demands become more and more complex. Meanwhile, parents struggle to be there through it all.
Sometimes all it takes is to keep an eye on your child's progress - are they turning in their assignments and are they meeting deadlines. Some students don't need more.
However, sooner or later most students tend to struggle with chemistry. And once they hit that wall it's important to react right away, before the tasks pile up and become unmanageable.
That's where we come in.
If you are looking for a local Blewitt Springs chemistry tutor, we can assist. Your child needs someone who knows chemistry, someone who will turn up prepared for every lesson, who is available when it counts the most, but most importantly, your child needs someone who just clicks with them. Someone who recognizes their needs.
That's what we look for.
It usually doesn't take more than a day or two to match you with a local Blewitt Springs chemistry tutor. They come to your house at a time that works for you.
And what about payment? Well, we set a simple hourly rate, no added fees or anything, as simple as that.
And if you end up not liking them? No need to worry. In that case, we consider it a free trial lesson and if you're still up for it, we find you a better match.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
For Jaxon I have encouraged him to keep both a physically and online calendar to keep track of his homework assignments. I have also been helping him to try and understand the concepts he has been learning in class more. Additionally, I have been having make sure to double check his work and for him to avoid lazy thinking.
From our sessions, I see that Mia is putting in a good effort into learning her Physics content. Mia always has a good attitude towards her work and is happy with any direction I take in our sessions. From looking at Mia's homework, her good work habits are always exercised.
Belle needs to write more practice pieces as trial and error to be able to achieve quality writing under time restrictions, as ultimately, that is what VCAA will be testing in year 12 examinations.
Padma and Pearl have made a good connection and are working well together. She arrives on time, is very focussed and very good at engaging Pearl. Padma also really knows her maths and I think this has helped pearl feel more confident about doing math.
Stephanie is working out well and is supporting Harrison in a way that is having an impact. She is great and happy to work with her.
I think that things are going well- we only had one session so far but Jake seems great and does a great job of explaining things to her. I will definitely comment further once we get a bit further down the line, but happy so far!
