No wonder most students get overwhelmed and start memorising instead of understanding the concepts. Or worse, they just give up.
We've heard it time and time again, you’ve probably heard it too. Some students connect everything as they go, but some are just stuck. This kind of attitude can lead to poor grades, but it can also lead to a crack in your child's self-esteem.
So what can you do?
The truth is - everyone struggles. Some might get there easier or quicker, but everyone struggles at some point. We know that and the Bolong chemistry tutors we work with know that, too.
All it takes is a bit of guidance by someone who's been there before. Someone who can foster the right attitude and study habits, but most importantly, someone who clicks with your child - a tutor who truly cares about your child's needs and goals.
That's what we do.
We find tutors and organise one-on-one chemistry tutoring in Bolong, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate. You don't like the tutor? No need to worry, the first lesson comes as a free trial and we find you a better match. Simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
we are working through the text book a lot and its useful but from what i can tell she doesn't do a lot of work outside of tutoring. speaking out loud doesn't come naturally but as she sees me work through a question she can see the way i do it when i speak out loud.
His attitude towards studies is positive. Always takes the initiative to be interested in them. His work habits are good results of his understanding and practice. He completes all the homework given to him and make sure to revise the older topics before the next session.
Topics covered this month mainly included decimals. Her understanding during the lessons was quite good and she seemed to remember most of the things. One of the problem areas is lack of practice and consistent time to math. I have tried to speak to her about this but she feels school work is a lot for her to do some homework.
Nathan is punctual and enthusiastic. Xanthe likes him and was happy to do homework.
Austin is a positive, helpful young man who was very polite and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend him.
Tutoring is going well and Nick and Charlie are a great match! Nick has already made a great connection with Charlie.
