No wonder most students get overwhelmed and start memorising instead of understanding the concepts. Or worse, they just give up.
We've heard it time and time again, you’ve probably heard it too. Some students connect everything as they go, but some are just stuck. This kind of attitude can lead to poor grades, but it can also lead to a crack in your child's self-esteem.
So what can you do?
The truth is - everyone struggles. Some might get there easier or quicker, but everyone struggles at some point. We know that and the Bossley Park chemistry tutors we work with know that, too.
All it takes is a bit of guidance by someone who's been there before. Someone who can foster the right attitude and study habits, but most importantly, someone who clicks with your child - a tutor who truly cares about your child's needs and goals.
That's what we do.
We find tutors and organise one-on-one chemistry tutoring in Bossley Park, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate. You don't like the tutor? No need to worry, the first lesson comes as a free trial and we find you a better match. Simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
I've been trying to help Otis understand the value in his notes by directing him to look for the answer to his question with them. Occasionally he answers the question himself, which I point out. Other times, he doesn't find them helpful and we discuss what he could write instead to help himself better in the future. Last week we added a Memory Triggers sheet, which is easier to update than his notes.
She is very diligent in her work and very optimistic and bright which is a lovely work attitude to adopt. Math can be daunting for students as there is usually a single method involved. However, she takes things in stride which is a refreshing sight. I believe that her optimistic and bright personality would lead her to great heights.
He can become despondent after being corrected, and is often at class tired. Other than that his mathematics has gaps, specifically around algebra, but is better than most kids his age. His English work will need a lot of practice.

Alice had been getting poor marks in maths, despite doing well in other subjects. Neb and Amy effectively identified issues with the way she approached maths problems ie not stepping through problems sufficiently, and helped her overcome these. Alice's marks and attitude to maths have improved greatly as a result. As she has improved, she has become more confident and willing to do the homework and study to do even better. It has been a positive experience all round and I would not hesitate to recommend Ezy Maths Tutoring.
My husband and I have been very satisfied with the service we received from Ezy Maths. We were very quickly appointed a tutor for our 9 year old Daughter and were extremely happy with David who quickly developed an excellent rapport with our Daughter. She very much enjoyed David's style of teaching and her confidence and knowledge in Maths have increased exponentially. We would thoroughly recommend your service.
EzyMath is great for the busy working family as the tutors come to your place at an agreed time to suit the family. The rate is very competitive and the written reports are a valuable source of information on a student's progress. The tutor was conscientious and went out of her way to obtain appropriate resources for our son. She was reliable and flexible and made our son feel at ease and more confident with his studies.
