Year 11 and 12 Chemistry can be intimidating. Students need to learn heaps of content, be able to recognize reactions and analyse chemical systems. The number of concepts students need to master is overwhelming, and the workload only adds up as they move up the curriculum. If your child doesn't hit the ground running, if they don't develop adequate study habits it's easy to get swept away by the sheer number of demands.

If your child doesn't hit the ground running, if they don't develop adequate study habits it's easy to get swept away by the sheer number of demands.
Tutors we work with know that. They've been there. Being approached by a mentor rather than a teacher makes it easier for students to develop an appreciation for chemistry. That's what it comes down to - someone making sure your child doesn't give up.
For some students it's just passing a test, for others it's getting through SACE with flying colours, maybe even preparing for a career in STEM. Whatever the goal, we are there to support your child through it all.
So what's the next step?
Give us a call and we will organise a chemistry tutor in Brown Hill Creek to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
We allocate local Brown Hill Creek chemistry tutors so scheduling is never an issue. Changed your mind or need to postpone the lesson? No worries, there are no cancellation costs.
On top of that, the first lesson is a trial so if you don't like the tutor we'll find someone else who is better suited.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Writing down all the information in a question before you begin is a crucial step to keeping track of where you are, and staying on top of harder questions as school progresses. Keira can improve on this by caring less about the amount of space each question takes up.
Maia is very hardworking. She is always focused on her work and makes her way through the problem quite confidently. Her notes are thorough, relevant, and clear. She is never apprehensive about clarifying a concept or strategy that she has a doubt about. While working on practice problems, she always picks the most difficult one to solve so that she can challenge herself and get the most learning out of it.
There are no problem areas as such that I have discovered. I would just like to highlight the fact that Maia should pay slightly closer attention to the operations in the equation to avoid silly mistakes on tests and exams.
We are extremely happy with the service so far. Jonah is very happy & comfortable with Celine & she is lovely. He is so much more confident already in regards to even attempting maths so we believe it is money well spent.
Yes all going well thank you - Archie is enjoying his time with Quoc. Much thanks.
Arash is tutoring Dougal and it is going well. Dougal is finding it very helpful and understands Arash's explanations.
