Does your child need help with physics?
Maybe they need an extra push to reach that grade or they want to go from keeping up to excelling at science. Whatever the reason, we can match you with the right local Calder Park physics tutors who understand your child's needs and knows how to get them where they want to be.
Most students start out interested in physics and perform fairly well on tests. But once the concepts become more and more complex most parents notice a change. It's when students start believing they don't "have what it takes" and their self-confidence starts to plummet.
Parents usually try to intervene, remind their child that geniuses are not born, that they work hard and face obstacles like anyone else, and for some students, that's enough. Others, however, need more support.
That's where we step in!
We find tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Calder Park, at your home or any other place that works for you. We work around your schedule.
When it comes to payment we like to keep it simple. You pay a simple hourly rate, no extra or hidden fees.
And what if, for whatever reason, the perfect match doesn't happen on the first try? That's completely fine, it happens!
In case you are not completely happy with the first lesson, it comes as a free trial. We simply keep looking for another tutor, someone better suited to help your child.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Talking aloud and using fingers to count. Made mistakes at the beginning but understood the concept of summation and difference. Using diagrams (sticks drawing) to evaluate sums from 1 to 10. Counting from 10 to 20 aloud. Subtraction using a number line as a guide helps her a lot.
Tanner's effort during our sessions is great. Sometimes I have to prod him to think harder than he wants to and to do his homework, but he is a good listener and is very willing to try and improve.
I can see some difference in her understanding between her homework and her quiz and that may be because she was relying on her notes too much in her worksheets that she is to do at home. If she can split her homework up across the week, it may help her to recall better the concepts and give her consistent practice for better understanding and memorisation. It may also mean that she spends a smaller amount of time each day and can allow for her other assessments and homework.
We are most pleased with Jonathan. Jonathan is extremely diligent and personable. Jack is surprisingly enjoying his sessions with Jonathan. So far the results exceed our expectations.
I would like to say that at this stage things are going very well, Gabriela is very confident and he has cleared up a lot of questions for her. She is very happy.
Very happy with Jason's tutelage. Anna understands him and they work well together. Thanks for the connection!
