Does your child need help with physics?
Maybe they need an extra push to reach that grade or they want to go from keeping up to excelling at science. Whatever the reason, we can match you with the right local Charlemont physics tutors who understand your child's needs and knows how to get them where they want to be.
Most students start out interested in physics and perform fairly well on tests. But once the concepts become more and more complex most parents notice a change. It's when students start believing they don't "have what it takes" and their self-confidence starts to plummet.
Parents usually try to intervene, remind their child that geniuses are not born, that they work hard and face obstacles like anyone else, and for some students, that's enough. Others, however, need more support.
That's where we step in!
We find tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Charlemont, at your home or any other place that works for you. We work around your schedule.
When it comes to payment we like to keep it simple. You pay a simple hourly rate, no extra or hidden fees.
And what if, for whatever reason, the perfect match doesn't happen on the first try? That's completely fine, it happens!
In case you are not completely happy with the first lesson, it comes as a free trial. We simply keep looking for another tutor, someone better suited to help your child.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Jared's confidence and seeking understanding is coming along very well. He is great at telling me what hes thinking when approaching a problem so I can guide him in the right direction. The way he sets out problems is also much better these days, which will make solving things a lot easier and more organised.
Sean has a good attitude towards most of the work that I have been able to go through with him recently, but does tend to show a lack of enthuastic when it comes to writing. Although, he is a very hard working student that aims to complete all the work I set him during the lessons and for homework.
Wil's biggest problem area last month was rearranging equations to find solutions. I believe he has improved greatly in this regard, although we haven't been focusing on it in the last couple of weeks as we were preparing for his exam. Otherwise he does reasonably well in all other topics.
Maddie worked very well with my son, making it as enjoyable as possible for him.
Shengyang is an awesome tutor. He explains the methods really well and makes sure i understand everything before i proceed to the next question. I have improved in my maths since he has been tutoring me.
Oliver is a lovely young man, he and Cameron are working well together. He seems to be a bit more confident already.
