Even if they've started out well, tackled science in lower grades with a good attitude, even if they've made a switch to Year 11 Chemistry easily, more often than not students hit a wall when it comes to Year 12 chemistry. This is when they need all the support they can get.
If you've already thought about tutoring and are looking for someone local, a chemistry tutor in Chippendale, we can help.
We are working with local tutors who can assist your child through high school chemistry. Whatever it is, be it going from inorganic to organic chemistry or simply being asked to understand experiments when they still don't have a grasp of the necessary basics. Tutoring may well be the best way to bridge the gap, especially when it's done right.
This is what we offer.
Conveniently, in your home or anywhere else, you choose the time and place. There are no hidden fees, just a simple hourly rate, and if the first lesson isn't what you've hoped for we won't charge you. Instead, we look for another chemistry tutor in Chippendale who is a better match and more than happy to help.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Over the month, I've told Rav that there are improvements to be made to his mental calculations by doing timed multiplication of 2 and 3 digit numbers. I have also told him of faster/more flexible ways of solving some addition and subtraction questions which will have a lasting impact on his mathematical career. These techniques I show him are versatile and used for different situations.
After reintroducing concepts in Linear modelling and Probability, Karla demonstrates basic understanding of the expected learning outcomes. I am yet to see additional post tutoring work from Karla.
Area problems involving composite shapes seem to be an issue, however it is just a matter of learning how to break the shapes into their smaller components and solve the problem from there. I have already seen some improvement in this after going back and doing problems he initially struggled with a lot. Some extra factorising practice is needed, however this is because it is the most recent topic and I will help him with it when I see him next
I am confident that Mandeep's approach is just what Hugo and Havier need to lift their confidence and capabilities to be the best they can be.
We really appreciated Arman‘s efforts and enthusiasm even when Aby was playing up. He is a wonderful teacher!
She is one of the finest tutors I have seen. Her consistency and persistent attitude towards the children growth makes her exceptional. Because of her, my niece developed confidence in all phases of education.
