Every student needs help sometimes, and often that help is needed in English. From basics like punctuation, spelling and grammar right up to narrative writing, proof reading and literary analysis. The Australian curriculum is thorough and there are various challenges that pop up for students over the years. At some point most students could use some help and an English tutor does just that - help! Ideally that help comes before the student has formed a negative cycle or fallen into a no-effort habit.
What we do is facilitate that help as a home service, we'll organise an in-home English tutor in Mitchell, or wherever it is convenient for you.
A local Mitchell English tutor will come to you at a time and day of your chosing and offer tutoring help in a manner tailored for your child's unique situation. The first lesson works as a trial so that if your child doesn't connect well with the tutor, you don't have to pay and we can organise someone else for you.
The terms of service are super simple too. No contracts or minimum hours or cancellation fees or anything like that. You get charged a simple hourly rate. That's it.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Silai began to adopt good maths learning strategies and avoided rule dependence in fraction calculation and unit conversion questions. She also began to write down her thinking and reasoning processes, which is a good habit and will be beneficial to her further maths learning.
She has an excellent attitude Recently her effort has shown a marked improvement where she has attempted or completed set exercises and asks questions to gain a better understanding or asks to talk through questions which she adds to her bound reference later Taylor has good work habits but her lazy tendencies do add extra stress and cause her to doubt herself during assessments. I believe by staying on top of the taught exercises in class she will preform at a much higher level
We have been working on perimeter, area, surface are and volume. Harper has a very good understanding on those topics and have the ability to solve complex problems. She just need to be aware of the units and able to convert them so that they are consistent. Checking what she puts into the calculator!

We have been very happy with Ameya , he has been well prepared, punctual and very committed to his work with Emma... I would happily recommend both Ezy Math tutoring and Ameya to people.
Shannon is delighted with Daniel and I can already see measurable results. She appears more confident. We are more than happy to continue with him. I just need to work out which plan to choose. When do I need to decide this?
Jason is a very nice young man who is always prompt and seems well prepared for each lesson. Charles enjoys his tutoring so far and seems to be gaining a little more confidence.
