It's truly incredible the way in which one explanation creates that "aha" moment whereas another creates confusion. Our service is all about finding you the "right" tutor, not the "best" tutor. A local Northbridge English tutor will not only connect well with your child but they will be able to offer explanations in such a manner that your child just "gets it". This is what we do.
Our offer is quite simple. We will find you an English tutor in Northbridge. They will come to your home at a time of your choosing. They will come as often or as little as you decide. They will tailor the lessons to your child's specific needs. Best of all, if you think the tutor is not the "right" fit, we'll organise another tutor free of charge.
We want you to be a raving fan of your tutor. That's our Good-Fit guarantee.
The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Bailey successfully demonstrates a consistent use of a variety of learning strategies to his own advantage. He regularly questions his workings and shows confidence when he attempts problems. Bailey is never afraid to ask questions and seek broader or clearer understanding of key ideas if he is not overly fluent in the area, however he tends to pick up newly-taught concepts with ease, which is a very good sign!
A very diligent, hard working and motivated student. While that's not all that it takes to succeed, it helps dramatically in making you do the work, which is what will get you over the line in the end.
A lot of her problems in maths comes from the fact that she has a poor foundation in multiplication and division. It seems that she was not taught the correct material in primary school which is affecting her understanding of new concepts in high school. To remedy this, I've been making her practice some of the more basic content in order to get her used to knowing her times tables. I've also asked her to have a looks over the times tables in her own time.
I would like to thank you for providing a wonderful service to us. We were recommended to you by a friend of my daughters and this being the first time we had sought a tutor, we weren't really sure what to do or how to go about it. You made the whole process simple and easy for us. Even though the initial tutor didn't relate to my daughter, there was no problem with us changing to another tutor. This wonderful young woman was just the right person for my daughter. They both understood each other and my daughter approached her year 12 maths exam with so much more certainty and knowledge. We won't know for a while yet, the result of the exam but my daughter feels very confident about it.
WE are very happy with Jades work with Tanisha, Tanisha is very comfortable with Jade. Tanisha has improved with her maths so far thanks to Jades help.
I just wanted to let you know that Arielle's recent yearly Maths marks were the best she has ever had. Usually he marks are in the high 30's ( the test is out of 60) but this time she scored 50 out of 60! Arielle was thrilled and I know this has really boosted her confidence regarding her Maths abilities as she always felt Maths was too hard. I have noticed a definite change in her attitude to Maths tutoring with Ivan. She no longer dreads the session and is able to remain focused and attentive the whole time. This has given her the confidence to begin her new school next year with a positive attitude towards Maths.
