Chemistry can seem a bit technical. It's all abstract formulas and content that seems impossible to learn and barely manageable to memorise. The material keeps piling up and how are students supposed to truly learn anything when they're constantly missing something and falling behind?
And it's not only about the grades. Sure, students who struggle with chemistry want to pass that test and get their grades up. It's usually their only end goal and that's completely understandable. However, we've found that once students start catching up and chemistry doesn't seem like such an enormous hurdle, their self-confidence improves as well.
When they have someone to guide them, make sense of the clutter of information and demands, students tend to struggle less in other areas as well. Your child could feel less anxious about tests and their performance, learn how to tackle tough situations and become more independent, all with the help of a local chemistry tutor in Oakville.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Student has been actively using talking aloud to help solve questions. I have introduced other concepts to her however she seems to strongly favor back checking, which I have encouraged her to do as she makes silly mistakes.
Mason shows his disinterest in the work through his tendency to stray away from the topic and talk about something else, but that is due to his young age so cant be helped too much. However when he gets into a question Mason starts to pickup the slack and work quite well.
Priscilla has missed some math classes at school in the past few weeks due to illness which is completely understandable, and as such we will go over the gaps in her work in the coming weeks to keep Priscilla up to date for her coming exams.

The tutoring with my son Jordan and Remy is going really well things he feels that the tutoring is beneficial and that he is getting a better understanding of the topics. He has the big exam tomorrow but Remy has been very helpful in getting him prepared and after the exam she has identified areas that Jordan needs to work on which is great.
I would just like to say that Reagan was very professional and very reliable. He was well suited to my daughter for tutoring. She felt very comfortable with him and she did demonstrate growth with her math. I would definitely recommend Reagan to other people. The only other thing is that I regret not having done it sooner.
Just wanted to let you know that we have been super happy with Ben as a tutor for Callum.
