What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
As a tutor, I enjoy seeing my students grow and succeed. It is a source of pride for me, reflecting my own efforts in going above and beyond in my lessons, preparing extra resources, and being available to answer questions, and it reflects my students efforts as well, their consistency and hard work, reflected in how they grow to love and understand subjects they struggled with before. Seeing this growth through tangible results, and my student's pride in their marks is what i enjoy most about this job.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths are my ability to go above and beyond for my students. I firmly believe that the role of tutor is more than just a job, it is a position that can inspire and motivate students in their wider academic pursuits, which is what I aim to achieve with my lessons. This includes extra homework, practice exams, extra lessons and having them know they can always reach out to me if they are struggling. Additionally, I am patient and adaptable, and firmly believe in intuitive understanding, so am more than willing to reorganise lessons or help students until they understand the concept.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is support them. This includes being patient when they are struggling, restructuring lessons around their abilities -- their strengths and weaknesses -- and being willing to work hard for their students success.
