What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love seeing student’s academic potential grow and the confidence boost it gives them in the classroom. I find tutoring to be an extremely rewarding experience as you see the direct outcome of your hard work, in the student’s new-found confidence.

I’m very friendly and approachable which enables students to feel comfortable and thus allowing them to make the biggest academic gains. I also relate well to younger people as I can draw on my own experiences at that same age.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is to grow a student’s confidence in the classroom. I think that confidence is essential to academic success. It enables students to challenge themselves academically and feel well prepared at school. Thus it is the role of the tutor to foster this confidence by creating a safe learning environment in which the student feels valued and important.
