There are many things that are extremely important when being a tutor. I believe that the tutor needs to build a relationship with the student, to both fully understand the most effective way that they will learn, and to also build a comfortable environment. A student will achieve the most results in an environment that's comfortable, enjoyable, but also demanding (to strive for results).
