What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
What I enjoy most about tutoring is helping students reach those lightbulb moments when something that once felt confusing finally makes sense. Having gone to tutoring myself, I understand how valuable it is to have a tutor who is patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress. I enjoy building student's confidence in their abilities and watching their mindset shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling capable and motivated.
My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
One of my key strengths as a tutor is my ability to explain concepts clearly, adapting my teaching style to suit each student's learning needs. I am patient, approachable, and supportive, which helps students feel comfortable asking questions without fear of judgement. As I have experienced tutoring from the student's perspective, I am aware of how important encouragement and understanding are in helping students build confidence and resilience.
Most important things I can do for a student ๐
The most important things a tutor can do for a student are to build their confidence, create a supportive learning environment, and tailor lessons to individual needs. A tutor should not only help students understand content, but also teach them effective study strategies and problem-solving skills.

About Aditi
Experienced Tutor with Strong Academic Results
Aditi is a high-achieving student with an ATAR in the 90+ range and a track record of academic awards, including a student recognition award and a Premierโs Reading Challenge medal. She has already worked as a private French tutor, supporting a student one-on-one each week, and as a tutor and marker with a pre-university college program, where she assisted younger students. This tutor brings both solid subject knowledge and real classroom-style experience, especially valuable for primary and early high school learners.
One-on-One Support and Clear Communication
Through her private French tutoring, Aditi has learned how to explain concepts step by step, adjust to a studentโs pace, and build confidence over time. Her experience marking work under timed conditions means she can quickly identify where a student is losing marks and show them how to improve. She is punctual, organised and skilled at time management, helping students prepare effectively for tests and assignments while keeping sessions structured but relaxed.
Engaging Role Model with Diverse Interests
Beyond academics, Aditi has taken part in a range of activities, including badminton competitions, a knitting club, and stage crew. These experiences help her relate to students with different personalities and interests, from sporty to creative. She understands commitment, perseverance and teamwork, and brings these values into her tutoring. This tutor aims to make sessions engaging and approachable so students feel comfortable asking questions and staying motivated in Maths, English and language learning.
