What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As a tutor what I really enjoy is having the ability to influence growth and at the same time see it at different levels among individual students. I believe the test as a tutor or an educator is not merely influenced by how well you are able to relay the information to the students, but also the energy, enthusiasm, and overall persona you display in a classroom environment enabling the best possible growth outcomes for your students. If I am able to achieve this I am not only proud of the student for their growth, but also I feel a sense of personal success and accomplishment.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

Through my experience being a tutor, I believe my strengths as a tutor are my ability to adapt, patience within the classroom, public speaking skills, and also my willingness to engage in the topic along side the student, as I find Maths, English and Science(s) all to be fundamentally important and extremely interesting I am able to engage with what I am teaching to the student and I believe in that way I can properly influence the students growth and enrich their learning to the highest potential.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is not to assess them purely based on their ability to memorize and reciprocate information, or to try to teach them in the same way as every other student, but to adjust and be understanding that every student has a different learning capacity, and adapt to each student to ensure they get the best out of their learning journey. I believe it’s not merely about the outcome, but also the process of learning that is so crucial by giving a student lasting impressions of the subject to ensure they are well equipped for the future ahead.
