What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing a student gradually become more confident in something they once found difficult. I like being able to break down challenging concepts into simpler steps and adapt the way I explain things depending on how each student learns best. It is especially rewarding when a student reaches the point where they can solve a problem independently and recognise their own progress. I also enjoy building a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I know what it takes to be a student.I myself was a slow learner in my early days, always ask my tutors for help and keep questioning them. and thats how i learnt! Now i am ready to do the same ! so my strengths would be patience, adaptability and being able to explain concepts in a clear and approachable way. I understand that different students learn at different speeds, so I am willing to explain something in multiple ways until it makes sense to them. I am also encouraging and approachable, which I think helps students feel comfortable asking questions
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important things a tutor can do are help a student truly understand the content, build their confidence, and encourage them to become more independent in their learning. A good tutor should create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, while also adapting explanations to suit the way each student learns best. I also think it is important to teach students how to approach problems and think through them, rather than simply giving them the answer.
