The best part is when you work with the same student long enough to see that they made significant progress. My most frequent student went from near the bottom of the class to the top.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think I am good at breaking complicated things down to more simple terms. This also helps to have alternative ways of describing the same thing. If a student does not understand one explanation then another can be attempted.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Listening to the student is very important. You need to know when they are getting frustrated and exactly what is confusing them. Sometimes they figure out a different method for solving a problem and if you don't fully understand what they are saying you may not realise they are on the correct track.
