What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is a highly rewarding proffession in my eyes. Helping a student make progress in their schooling subjects leads to increase in confidence, self worth and can potentially set them on track for a successful future. Observing the happiness that this brings to the students and their parents I believe is one of the most fulfilling experiences.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

In 2016 after a lot of hard work and tutoring in some subjects I managed to receive an ATAR of 90.65 whilst achieving top scores in my school for Further Maths and Business Management. I am very open and keen to sharing my knowledge, tips and strategies on how to succeed in high school. Furthermore as a student who received tutoring before I have been through many tutors and hence have a good understanding of what works in the perspective of a student.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important concept of tutoring is that not only should the tutor act as a teacher but also provide motivation and encouragement to the student. The tutor should prove to the student that they can make progress with practise, discipline and smart study habits. Another important key skill is identifying a students weakness and nurturing it into a strength, this is vital for exam success.
