What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I would enjoy the development of the student's understanding of the subject, as well as my own development in a leadership/mentor role. Achieving results together is a satisfying reward for the hard work we both put in, and I would find satisfaction in seeing their results and confidence improve.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is be a guide and source of knowledge/experience for them to develop their own confidence in the subjects. This can range from content to stud/exam techniques or just general confidence in themselves. Creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for them to learn is also key in getting the desired results.
