What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
There are a plethora of things that I enjoy, but I love how tutoring makes me feel so Inspired. Every student has different aspirations, and handles a subject differently. It is the exuberance of people, flow of ideas, knowledge and questions that I love the most.
Tutoring keeps me grounded as it provides me inspiration. It is a reminder that there is a lot left to learn and understand. The horizons of education are forever broadening, and there is an influx of information that did not exist during my education. I enjoy being a part of such a dynamic and intellectually stimulating aura.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
If I have to sum up my strengths in one word, I would say it is the quality of being RELATABLE. As someone who is still actively involved in the process of education, and recently graduated from high school, I can understand well what students go through. My empathetic nature and digital knowledge helps students understand concepts better, and makes intense subjects simplified.
I am quite a motivated company and patient with the students, letting them explore and falter as they learn. Learning is a process, not a destination after all.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor should provide a safe space for the student, both academically and mentally. It is important that a tutor empathizes with the students and provide them vivid and interesting perspectives about the subjects which goes beyond school learning. Furthermore, it is needed that the tutor - student relationship be a team work, where the tutor is concerned about the student's academic life not just momentarily, but with a life long perspective in mind.
