What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

That I can get to know the student more, have a fuller udnerstanding of their capabilities. preferences, habits and skills related to a given subject and I can use this knowledge to create a narrowly-targeted tasks and work on the specific weakness the student needs work on.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Perhaps my strengths are the following: I find ways to evoke the student's interest in the subject-matter; I differentiate between a student's short-term goals/needs and those of long-term; I don't give up working with weaker students.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A) Encourage a student not to be disappointed in what they may think their failure to understand 1) the teacher 2) the subject matter 3) the specific assignment B) Provide a perspective that is specifically tailored for the student C) Allow more room for a student to fully understand the topic / subject in question
