What I most enjoy about tutoring is mentoring students and seeing their progress. Seeing them progress and their success is personally rewarding and makes me feel satisfied and fulfilled.

The most important thing a tutor could be is being their mentor; someone they could place trust on so that they have confidence in learning through the tutor. In addition, the tutor should set an example to the students. The tutor should also be able to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the students so that he/she could teach them based on their strengths and what method suits them best. It is important for a tutor to understand that one tutoring method would not suit all students. Instead, the tutor should learn to adapt methods that would best suit the student's learning ability.
