What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy being able to help foster a child's confidence in their ability.
I also take pride in watching them improve and feeling as though I played a role in their improvement.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I explain things in a very simple manner
I try and view things from the student's perspective
I ask a lot of questions in order to ascertain their level of understanding
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Helping improve a student's self efficacy, and belief that they can learn as long as they have the will to do so. Teaching material in a way that the student can understand.

Finn still has some trouble with converting between fractions, decimals and percentages. However, this is a difficult topic that even Year 7s find difficult. With more practice I'm sure he will be able to do it without outside help.
