What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy helping students understand concepts intuitively, to guide them through the reasoning and the logic behind formulae and solutions. Once students understand a concept, they never forget it, meaning they have grown and improved their logical reasoning skills. It is a wonderful feeling to guide someone there, and that's what I enjoy the most about tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths as a math tutor would be my strong reasoning skills, I will solve problems by providing logical reasons every step of the way, in contrast with textbook solutions that just use a formula. I am also capable of solving the most challenging 3U problems as I have achieved a HSC mark of 80 (E3) in 4U mathematics, a subject which also covered the hardest 3U problems.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do, undeniably, is inspiring a student in their field of study. This means giving them the basic intellectual tools they need so they can become independent thinkers. Therefore I will do so by providing all the logics behind unexplained textbook formulae and break challenging problem into multiple, simple concepts to inspire students and empower them to think independently.
