My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am extremely hard working and that enables me to prepare well for anything that I aim at doing. I think preparing well before a tutoring session is extremely important as it will enable the student to extract a lot from my tutoring session. I am an extremely patient listener. I think this quality will allow me to understand my students' needs and know each of them as a person. This will help them in being more comfortable with me. I aim at developing this rapport because I believe that not everyone learns the same as what works for one may not work for another.

In my opinion it is extremely important to ensure the learner knows that it is safe to not succeed at first as learning is a process full of unsuccessful attempts.This will allow students to participate fearlessly in a tutoring session. Building that trust and relationship with students is an integral part of tutoring. It will enable students to start thinking critically and foster the skills of problem solving. Moreover, tutors should provide proper feedback so students are guided in the right direction.
