What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy finding different way to help people learn, tailoring to their learning style and pace. I get a lot of personal fulfillments out of seeing students (or really anyone) get that "Aha!" moment, when they wrap their mind around a concept and start putting it into practice. I am also a people person that enjoys getting to meet and talk with new people.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have worked in problem solving roles for 4 years now and that skill helps me to find different ways to help people understand concepts, adapting to their learning style. I am a good communicator and have great patience and listening skills. I believe my strengths also include motivation and praise when earnt as well as helping learners to set goals and see self-improvement and progress.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think what is most important for a tutor to do for a student is to be flexible. They need to be able to problem solve on the spot, helping their learner to understand concepts in different ways to adapt to their learning style. This flexibility needs to be across all aspects of the tutoring experience including being flexible to the learners moods and motivation as well as understanding and knowledge level.
