What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy providing assistance to students and seeing the immediate effects of their learning as they are able to solve the problems they were stuck on. As a tutor, being in this position is rewarding as this can instill more confidence in the students' work and ability to critically think. I also enjoy providing multiple methods to students, if possible, to assure that there are other ways to solve a problem.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths as a tutor are being able to communicate effectively and concisely. If a concept is not understood well, I am quick to rephrase or simplify it to deliver the information. I am also self-motivated and driven, meaning that I will ensure the content I deliver is always correct and relevant prior to teaching. Finally, I believe patience is also a strength of mine as I understand everyone learns at different paces, and I am willing to wait and take the correct steps to make sure topics are understood, no matter how long it takes.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor must be able to commit to providing all the correct resources and help that a student needs. They should be patient with the student, understand learning patterns and be able to deliver information in simple terms. Tutors should also never judge but instead approach every problem in a friendly and helpful manner, as this will maintain an optimistic connection to learning.
