Comprehending texts, textual analysis, structuring written reports, refining creative processes and applying a structure to them, articulating thoughts concisely ... these skills are going to be useful in just about any career path. The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Faith has quite a tidy and neat setting of working out. Back checking and note taking can be improved so that she is aware of past techniques she had utilised to attempt the more advanced questions and to make sure no silly mistakes were made. Overall, her ability to attempt harder and new questions she has not seen before improves every week, and should continue to remember questions she has dealt with in the past.
Charlotte continues to be a lovely person to work with. She seems happy to do the sessions and says she's looks forward to the next one. Even when she is struggling with a new strategy she is polite and reasonable (and only hindered by confidence in herself).
He is very enthusiastic about maths, but doesn't seem to share the same enthusiasm for English. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but he is reluctant to do writing tasks and is not reading as much as I would like him to.

I came to work with Ezymaths because I knew I would get a wide range of students to tutor, which would undoubtedly improve my tutoring skill as well as communications skills (dealing with students and parents). The biggest accomplishment would be when my student's mark improved significantly and she moved up to the upper maths class in the next semester. I felt very proud of my students when they remembered the skills I taught them last week and used those skills to complete their homework and also to apply to other similar questions. The CEPs and various resources were useful. Thank you for your support for the past year!
I came to Ezy Math to get a job that I would be able to gain a range of skills from while working in my own time, which turned out great as I was able to work with clients around my own schedule. I've been quite happy with the results of my tutoring, I had a student who was getting a 'C' on average up to the top of the class with consistent 'A's. It's really great seeing the work you do affect others and when you do a good job, it really shows. I would recommend Ezy Math Tutoring to other prospective tutors, I never encountered a single problem with them and if I ever needed information, resources or help, they were always able to provide it to me. I would also recommend Ezy Math Tutoring to clients as having Ezy Math as a support structure definitely makes the work easier.
Laura has definitely gotten Diana to a great start. She eagerly anticipates her tutoring and is seeming to take more interest in Maths especially in the strands that she did not feel very confident about. Diana has told me that Laura's explanations are easily understood and is simplified which makes it easy to remember. She also explains various strategies that can be used for problem solving which is good for time management when attempting to solve problems in class. Diana is able to use the notes taken during tutoring in class which is assisting with her understanding of the relevant strand or concept.
