Learning science takes a lot of effort. Students not only need to know the content, but how they can use concepts, when they can use them and why it's the right approach in a given situation.
Scientific thinking isn't easily acquired, but the skills are useful across fields and many future careers are built on them. It's a fascinating field with many applications - that's why students choose to put in the time and learn it.
Most students manage to stay afloat or even excel at physics all on their own, they master most steps along the way. However, sooner or later everyone needs help.
Learning how to analyse and solve problems as physicists do is an enormous leap. So how can you get involved and make it just a bit easier for your child?
One way to lift the burden off your child's shoulders is finding someone who will be there when they need it. If they have someone they can relate to, with the right approach at the right time, students tend to achieve their goals easier.
This is how to get started.
Once you reach out to us we can allocate a local Hammondville physics tutor within a day or two.
We set up the first lesson at your home, whenever works for you, and we charge a simple hourly rate. The first lesson comes with a money-back guarantee.
Sounds simple enough?

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Sabih has learnt to deal stress in tests/exams well, as he told me in his recent Math test he used techniques I suggested. I believe he has improved on his on understanding of the concepts rather than just memorising them.
Ben has a wonderful attitude towards lessons and is always prepared to put in the effort to attempt even the most challenging of questions. Overall Ben's work habits are positive, though there is always room for improvement.
The main problems Samuel faces, are in his homework and concentration during the latter parts of the lesson. In regards to homework, he is at times prone to very careless mistakes, that he himself realizes when he sees it a second time. He should try to double check his work before handing it in ( a good idea is to do this a day or two after completing homework, this helps Samuel "redo" the questions in his head).
Mo is a lovely girl and Ashleigh seems to be benefitting a great deal from her tutoring sessions with her. Ashleigh is fairly motivated and I'm sure by the time exams come around there will be a noticeable difference in her capabilities. Mo and Ashleigh interact quite well and Ashleigh is much more confident about what she is doing after her sessions. All in all, at this stage we couldn't be happier with the way things are going.
While my 4 Children were wary at first of doing extra Maths, I was pleasantly surprised at their quick turnaround. Trinh was very patient and all 4 noticed their improved confidence and understanding in class, thank you!
Please be advised that I would like to cease the tutoring services of your company. My boy has greatly benefited from the tutoring of Robin who has shown great patience, ability and caring. I did inform Robin last night that I was not continuing with tutoring as I feel Liam is now back on the Maths track. If I need further assistance, I'll give you a call. Thanks (especially to Robin).
