Take a few minutes to skim through our testimonials. You'll no doubt feel a sense of surprise. People's experience shows that tutoring does so much more than just boost grades. It changes lives. Once a student has the experience of progress and accomplishment they learn, and start to internalize, the idea "If I try, I can accomplish". This confidence often results in a performance improvement across all subjects, not just English and starts a student on the cycle of success. It's addictive too! Having a sense of confidence in one's own abilities is so rewarding!
We'll provide an English tutor in Kallista or any other location that works for you. Tell us where works. Tell us when works. Tell us any specific requests. We'll do the rest.
Give us a quick buzz on 1300 312 354 and speak to one of our consultants. It should take them 10-15 minutes to get a brief understanding of your needs and availability. The next thing from there, a local Kallista English tutor will contact you to organise the first lesson. Guess what else? The first lesson is a trial - so if you don't like it, you won't be charged.
The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Yeukai needs to work more on her backchecking skills, as she makes small fixable mistakes at times. When she is studying by herself, she should try to remember to talk aloud when working through a problem. Reviewing old tests to check where mistakes were made and seeking understanding in main problem areas would make sessions more efficient and help Yeukai get the most out of them.
Ben maintains a good attitude towards his studies. However, I do think the lessons may be more worthwhile if he had more confidence and was keen in taking on slightly more challenging math problems outside of his comfort zone. Ben puts genuine effort into his mathematics as indicated by the grade he received for his recent mathematics assessment/assignment (16/20). There are no issues with Ben's work habits from what I have observed.
Topics such as similar figures and financial mathematics are still sticking points. However, Lara has shown gradual improvement in these areas over the last few weeks. Application of formulas to certain questions, inverse variation, financial mathematics.
We are more than happy with James. He has made a strong impression on both Jack and Sam. Both boys are keen and eager to please James. He has a lovely quiet demeanor and is constantly praising the boys and clearing explaining the steps as they are learning.
We are very pleased with the the tutoring Calvin is providing , Liam is benefiting already after only 3 sessions
My daughter is a fantastic reader but her maths was awful. We just couldn't get through to her even her school teachers gave up on her. I needed a professional to sit with her one on one at my convenience and at a good price. Ezymath tutoring did all that for me, they were fantastic, the teacher we had was so patient with Chloe and they both got on really well. But more importantly Chloe now has a better understanding of numbers, we couldn't be more happy and would recommend them to anyone who wants to improve on their maths
