No wonder most students get overwhelmed and start memorising instead of understanding the concepts. Or worse, they just give up.
We've heard it time and time again, you’ve probably heard it too. Some students connect everything as they go, but some are just stuck. This kind of attitude can lead to poor grades, but it can also lead to a crack in your child's self-esteem.
So what can you do?
The truth is - everyone struggles. Some might get there easier or quicker, but everyone struggles at some point. We know that and the Linley Point chemistry tutors we work with know that, too.
All it takes is a bit of guidance by someone who's been there before. Someone who can foster the right attitude and study habits, but most importantly, someone who clicks with your child - a tutor who truly cares about your child's needs and goals.
That's what we do.
We find tutors and organise one-on-one chemistry tutoring in Linley Point, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate. You don't like the tutor? No need to worry, the first lesson comes as a free trial and we find you a better match. Simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Sophia is coming along really well. Her addition and subtraction has improved greatly in the last month. Going forward we will move on and just touch back every so often to keep it fresh. When practising at home, encourage her to think how to do it independently before yu tell her and ive her one small clue at a time.
Court listens when I explain and is receptive to my inputs. Court answers most of the problems that they are encouraged to solve from class meaning she puts in the effort even not under direct supervision. Court is enthusiastic with tuition in general. Since we have a two-hour session, sometimes I sense that she gets tired at the end but she still hangs in there.
The main trouble that Markus have is with 'not trying'. Sometimes, his laziness stops him from attempting harder questions, and his ego may cause silly mistakes. His understanding is good and can learn fast.

Start up with Phi has been smooth, so far Tharanya's feed back to us has also been positive. She is understanding the teaching method used by Phi and feels comfortable asking him questions.
We are very happy and have been very impressed by Kamran. He has a really lovely nature, is kind, encouraging and very professional. Daneeka finds him very easy to follow and understand and really enjoys her lesson with him every week and already is improving. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a wonderful maths tutor.
My son Joshua had Tu as a tutor and he had great results. He responded well to Tu as a teacher, his marks improved and he gained confidence through the tutoring.
