It's pretty straightforward, to master a subject, students need to be challenged and that means struggling from time to time.
As your child moves up the curriculum you might have already thought about offering additional support. You might have even looked for physics tutor in North Shore or somewhere close so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule. But you might have also been unsure what to look for.
This is what we do best. This is where we can help.
All we need is to have a chat with you and we can start looking for a suitable tutor who can support your child's academic progress.
Every student learns in their own way and at their own specific pace. Once we know a little bit more about the student we can find a great tutor who'd really click with your child.
Once you reach out to us we can allocate a local North Shore physics tutor within a day or two. They set up the first lesson whenever you and your child can make it.
If you like the tutor's approach you keep working with them. You are not completely happy with the match? No worries, it happens sometimes. We consider it a trial lesson and find a better match.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Alyssa is not comfortable/confident while talking aloud. I do try to encourage her to do so, by asking her questions. She is okay with writing things down on paper. However her working out needs some improvement. She tends to do short cuts, leaves out some details which makes back tracking her work more difficult. I think she has not practice this enough.
Topaz has been attempting homework given to her, but I would like to see her attempts more clearly. All questions should always be attempted when doing homework, and evidence of this attempt should be shown. I would like to see Topaz showing more effort during class time, but in our most recent lesson she showed great respect and dedication during the entire lesson, which was wonderful to see! She asked questions and was engaged in the class. I would also like to help Topaz become a more individual learner.
Madeline has some arithmetic and confidence problems when approaching her work. She usually has a strong grasp of the content but has trouble applying questions to new scenarios or how to initially approach the questions.

Bella thinks that Benjamin is very nice and is helping her a lot so that's great.
Thank you for your note. We've really enjoyed Dan - very diligent and patient as he works Jack through some very tricky concepts. All going well at this end.
We couldn't be happier with Lachlan, he has built an instant rapport and James is noticeably enjoying maths and tutoring. Thank-you.
